OBJECTIVES:
To practice developing a theme into a thesis
To develop 3 body paragraphs
To write an introduction with a hook, background informatin, and thesis statement
To summarize in a solid conclusion that restates the main ideas
To refrain from using “banned words”
AGENDA:
Students will write an introduction that ends with a thesis statement
Papers will be exchanged among students
Each will write body paragraphs on others’ papers based on the thesis statement
HOMEWORK:
Read 10-15 minutes every night, or the amount of pages necessary to complete book
Work on book report project
